APRS at the Marine Corps Marathon

This is a reply of APRS at the 1993 Marine Corps Marathon in Washington DC. APRS units were on the lead runner and lead handicapped chase vehicles and tail-end charlie. Also watch for reported positions of downed runners and medical emergencies.
